Here at Fangirl Fabrics we are dedicated to great customer service, which means getting you your fabric ASAP. All orders are processed and shipped within 1-3 Business days and you will receive an email as soon as its shipped.
All prices are in CAD.
Updates on restock day can be found on Instagram, Facebook or our Newsletter.
We are located in Regina, Saskatchewan.
We ship via ICS Courier, Purolator, Canada Post and sometimes CanPar. We choose the lowest cost of those 3 shipping options. If you have a PO Box and a street address, please use both as courriers do not ship to PO Box (they are owned by Canada Post). There may be an additional cost to ship to your PO Box if it is way above our Flat Rate.
We are not responsible for any redelivery fees. Not all couriers will leave your package, if you know you won’t be home and want it left at your door, please leave a note during checkout.
If you prefer to Canada Post, choose that option during checkout.

Flate Rate Shipping is $20-$25 depending on location.
Lettermail is $3-$6.75 and is untracked.

401-500g…………………$6.75
501g+………………………..$20-$25 (Tracked/insured for $100)
Local Pickup: we are located in Eastview, Regina, SK and you will received pickup instructions once your order is ready for pickup.
Combing orders: if you have an order and have already paid for tracked shipping you can use the code COMBINE during check to waive the shipping and have your orders shipped together.
Orders to the USA are all sent tracked via Purolator (sometimes UPS). See prices below.

Flat Rate $30 to Hawaii and Alaska.
Any duties and taxes are the responsibility of the buyer.
Our prices are a reflection of the average cost to ship. We get it, shipping is crazy expensive! Price depends on location and size of the package. If your package cost under what you paid, we’ll refund the difference.
Please ensure your shipping address is correct as we copy directly from your invoice. Any issues resulting from an incorrect mailing address will be the responsibility of the customer.

IN THE EVENT OF A DELAY BEYOND OUR CONTROL, IF YOU’D LIKE PART OF YOUR ORDER SHIPPED WE WILL DO THAT AT YOUR EXPENSE EVEN IF YOU QUALIFY FOR COMPLIMENTARY SHIPPING.
We are not responsible for packages lost in the mail. We will do our best to help locate the package, but we cannot refund your order. If you are concerned about your package getting lost and would like to purchase addition insurance, please email us.
We are not responsible for redelivery charges. If you want your package left without you being home please leave a note during checkout that you approve it being left. If you live rurally and aren’t home, sometimes the pickup location can be far away. To prevent this, please choose Canada Post or have it delivered to a friend or family’s house. There is an option for Canada Post during checkout.
